John Hodsdon is an author, builder, and advisor with nearly forty years in construction, banking, and real estate.

Trained in Architectural Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, he has led divisions for regional home builders, overseen national restaurant construction, served as Vice President of Construction for a major lender, and run his own residential and commercial contracting firms.

He now works with business owners to strengthen operations and results, including AI- and agent-based systems. This site hosts a collection of his books and software applications.
